Responsabilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct high volume prospecting. Responsible for generating interest and qualifying prospects through various outbound prospecting methods, or by qualifying inbound leads.
  • Sales: Taking a prospect from “curious” to “client.” In other words, turning a lead into a sale (paying customer).
  • Responsible for creating high level strategic alliances with other organizations who can cross-sell and cross promote.
  • Update, manage, and develop leads in our CRM Hubspot.
  • Industry, market and competitor research.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the customer success team to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations, and to develop and implement appropriate renewals and upsells strategy.

Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
  • A strong interest in a selling role.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Passion for, a strong understanding of, or an aptitude to learn about the renewable energy industry.
  • We appreciate that our future Business Development Representative has Engineering or Business background, and can communicate in a third language.
