Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, agile, diligent and highly organised Office Manager to support our team. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide invaluable assistance in various fields, including office management, orchestrating social activities as well as helping in other areas. If you are fascinated by technology and innovation, brilliant at multitasking, ready to tackle new challenges on a daily basis and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside bright and energetic individuals - we would love to meet you!

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.
  • Personal assistance - travel organisation, documents editing and proofing.
  • Social activities - planning and organising company events or conferences.
  • Organising meetings and managing databases.
  • Coordinate office refurbishment, liaising with the landlord to solve building issues.
  • Managing stationery and other purchasing duties.
  • Paperwork administration.
  • Overseeing cleaning and tidiness in the office.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Managing office budgets, contracts, and financial duties.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Helping with recruiting processes.
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Implementing and maintaining office procedures.
  • Support our sales team.

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
  • Excellent time-management, organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.). G Suite is a plus.
  • Reliability and discretion for confidential matters.
  • Ability to ‘make things happen’.
  • Budgeting and problem-solving skills.
