She is currently involved in European energy markets and regulation projects, with the aim of fully exploiting flexibility in the energy system, enhancing renewable integration, and improving the electricity markets design. Since joining DNV, she has collaborated with international stakeholders across the energy supply chain and regulatory authorities on tasks such as due diligence, TSO-DSO coordination, flexibility market services projects, and connection agreements.</p>
<p>Previously, Elisa worked at DG ENER in the European Commission, gaining experience in drafting, reviewing, and assessing regulations, along with a key understanding of the current political agenda, policy cycle, and European institutions. She also worked at the European Distribution System Operator Association (E.DSO) as a Technical and Projects Officer, where she coordinated and contributed to several technical working groups, developed position papers, and contributed to advocacy tasks. In her early career at the startup aQysta, she served as an R&amp;D renewable energy engineer, conducting quantitative analysis to assess the potential of a renewable technology and engaging in stakeholder outreach and coordination.</p>

<p><span>Yuko&rsquo;s first career started in Mott MacDonald Japan as an analyst intern, followed by the secondment to one of the biggest coal mining companies in Indonesia under METI&rsquo;s young professional program. In 2014 she started PHOTON Group as one of Co-founders and brought over 100 MW projects to COD. <p>Peter is currently the Operations Director of BNZ. He has more than 11 years of experience in the Solar PV and Wind renewable energies, in different phases of the projects&rsquo; life, and with a leaning towards asset management. Prior to joining BNZ, Peter held various management and senior management positions in the asset management division of Vector Renewables (ex. Vector Cuatro) both in France and Spain and was focused on foreign markets. He also headed the technical asset management team of Alten RE, a Madrid-based IPP with international presence. Over the span of his career, he has managed more than 1.5GW of renewable energy assets and has supported the development and construction of another 1.5GW.
