Marwa Jemai is a Solar Techno Manager with extensive experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems design, energy optimization, and project management. With a background in industrial chemistry and process engineering, she has developed a deep expertise in optimizing solar power plant layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting strategic technical decisions.
Marwa started her career as a Technical and Business Development Engineer, where she gained hands-on experience in PV system design and business development. She later took on roles in energy optimization, conducting audits and implementing efficiency solutions for commercial and utility-scale projects. Her experience in the H2VERT.TUN project further expanded her knowledge in green hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) technologies, working closely with The Tunisian the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME) to develop feasibility studies, standards, and training programs.

Ypatios Moysiadis&rsquo; upbringing in an industrial coal mining town in Northwest Greece profoundly impacted his career, instilling a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability that continues to guide his professional path. Since 2006, he has been working in the renewable energy sector, capitalizing on the initial boom in the industry.
His scope has since expanded to include the development, construction, and management of mainstream renewable energy technologies, building comprehensive expertise in the entire lifecycle of these assets. This path led him to roles at prominent British and international companies like Galliford Try Group, Grupotec, Foresight Group, BayWa r.e., and Voltalia Group where he gained diverse market and international experience.
Ypatios has been involved in every segment of the renewable energy value chain. Currently, as Managing Partner of Wattcrop, a Macquirie GIG group company, he is at the forefront of developing next-generation renewable energy projects worldwide, fostering innovation in renewable energy services. Furthermore, as a visiting lecturer at Cass Business School in London and ESCP Business School in Paris, he shares his knowledge while promoting renewable energy and entrepreneurship as an author and active blogger.

Peter is currently the Operations Director of BNZ. He has more than 11 years of experience in the Solar PV and Wind renewable energies, in different phases of the projects&rsquo; life, and with a leaning towards asset management. Prior to joining BNZ, Peter held various management and senior management positions in the asset management division of Vector Renewables (ex. Vector Cuatro) both in France and Spain and was focused on foreign markets. He also headed the technical asset management team of Alten RE, a Madrid-based IPP with international presence. Over the span of his career, he has managed more than 1.5GW of renewable energy assets and has supported the development and construction of another 1.5GW. He has comprehensive experience across the whole project value chain from feasibility to operations. He has executed more than 1,400 MW of capacity across more than 30 Solar PV installations and more than 2000 MW of projects in development and support. He has also worked in the integration of other renewable and alternative energy technologies such as Solar Thermal, Waste Heat Recovery, and Biomass.
His technical background, together with a deep familiarity of the commercial and regulatory considerations in the full project life cycle, has contributed to the successful closure, execution, and operation of these projects. He has recently taken on consultancy roles in business strategy where he gives insight to foreign private equity and donor funds on the Philippine distributed generation and ancillary service market size, key players, and modes of entry. His most recent role is leading Aboitiz Power, one of the Philippines' largest Independent Power Producers in its Energy Transition to Renewables as Vice President of Engineering and Execution.
