Today’s a big proud day here at RatedPower. We’re ecstatic to share a major milestone with you: We’ve been acquired by Enverus, the largest energy SaaS company in the world.

Based in the US, Enverus empowers companies to transform the traditional way of making decisions by accessing world-class intellectual capital, innovative cloud technology and collaborative partnerships. As of today, we’re now proudly part of the Power & Renewables business unit and can’t be more excited for what lies ahead of us.

We were born with the vision of digitalizing the renewable energy industry and making solar the world’s main energy source to accelerate the energy transition.

It has been an incredible 5 years since our foundation. We’ve walked this journey together with the team and the support of all of you. We’ve celebrated successes, overcome challenges and learned a ton on the way.

What's next

As the world’s leading SaaS company dedicated to energy, Enverus is focused on growth. Looking for strong strategic fit and teams that add expertise and powerful solutions to our combined offering.

As of today, we have taken a major leap forward in adding to our solar planning capabilities enabling us to strategically advise customers where and how to design their plants to maximize production.

Jeff Hughes
CEO, Enverus

We firmly believe the two companies will be stronger together and the scale of Enverus will be able to help RatedPower grow even faster. Power & Renewables is a strategic growth area at Enverus.

“Much like our start decades ago, RatedPower is a trailblazer in digitalization, automation and efficiency, but in the rapidly growing solar market. Our common denominator is truth in data, strategic planning and optimizing efficiencies,” said Jeff Hughes, CEO of Enverus. “As of today, we have taken a major leap forward in adding to our solar planning capabilities enabling us to strategically advise customers where and how to design their plants to maximize production.”

Our clients and community should expect no impact on current operations. The whole team behind pvDesign will keep the same, serving you as usual.

What you should do now

Whenever you’re ready, here are 4 ways we can help you grow your solar business and reduce LCOE of your PV plants.

  1. Get hands-on with a free pvDesign demo. If you’d like to learn the ins and outs of how top photovoltaic software can help your engineering team, go ahead and request your free demo. One of our solar experts will understand your current design and engineering workflows, and then suggest practical tips on how to speed up them though the right tool.
  2. If you’d like to learn insights, ideas and inspiration for the low-carbon energy transition for free, go to our blog or visit our resources section, where you can download guides, templates and checklists solar successful pros use.
