How to work out what it's worth to you

You came here for a number, and we'd rather say why there isn't one than post one that doesn't apply to you. A consultancy screening three markets and an IPP running ten projects a year to detailed engineering need different things, and no list price is right for both. So we quote, and publish the method instead.

A cost that doesn't move when the team does

The subscription is per company, so the line item is the same whether four engineers use it or forty. When the team grows or the pipeline doubles, you aren't reopening the budget or renegotiating seats. That makes it forecastable, which is usually the harder half of getting it approved.

What you'll need for security review

RatedPower is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, built on Amazon Web Services, GDPR compliant with managed data transfer. SAML SSO is available on Enterprise. Vendor onboarding and contracting

RatedPower is part of Enverus, so enterprise vendor onboarding, security questionnaires and procurement paperwork run through an organisation set up to handle them. Multi-year terms and payment schedules are available and are part of the conversation, not an exception to it.

Questions we get on pricing

No. RatedPower is sold as a per-company subscription with unlimited users, projects and designs on every plan. Adding people to the team doesn't change what you pay.

Nothing changes on the subscription. That's the point of per-company pricing: headcount and pipeline growth don't reopen the commercial conversation.

No, and we'd rather say so than post a number that fits nobody. What you pay tracks what you actually do on the platform, not how big your team is, so two companies the same size can land in different places. The method is above, so you can build your own estimate before you talk to us.

SOC 2 Type I and Type II certification, GDPR compliance documentation, our AWS hosting model and SAML SSO on Enterprise. Ask and we'll send the pack before you start the evaluation.

3D energy yield packages and AI agent Power Analyst are add-ons. Enverus PRISM is a separate product, though PRISM International datasets covering markets outside the US and Canada may be included depending on your plan.

Our contracts usually run multi-year, and payment schedules are part of that conversation rather than an exception to it. Annual is available if you'd rather start there.

Worth weighing what the longer term buys on our side. Onboarding, training and, on Enterprise, a designated Principal Consultant aren't a launch package that goes quiet after ninety days. Signing multi-year is us committing to your next few years of pipeline, not just your first design. For invoicing detail, currency and payment terms, ask us and we'll have it in writing before you commit to anything.
